1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please note that processing times vary depending on the product type as all items are produced on-demand:
- Apparel & General Products: 3-5 business days for production, quality check, and packaging.
- Posters: 3-5 business days for production, quality check, and packaging.
- Lighting & Lamp Products: 7-14 business days for production, safety test, quality check, and specialized packaging.
This processing time applies to all orders regardless of destination. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
