Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is my top priority. As all dresses are printed on-demand specifically for you, please review this policy carefully.
RETURN POLICY (FOR DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS)
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date if an item you received is misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Eligibility: To be eligible, please contact me at support@looseweave.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Cost: For items confirmed to be defective or incorrect due to an error on my part, I will cover the full cost of standard return shipping. Please see the process for domestic and international returns below.
RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS (CHANGE OF MIND, SIZING)
Because each dress is custom printed just for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. Please consult the size chart on each product page carefully before purchasing.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA)
For eligible returns (defective or incorrect items) from outside the United States, please follow this process:
- Contact me at support@looseweave.com to get your return approved and receive the return address.
- Ship the item back to me using your local standard postal service with tracking.
- Provide me with a copy of the shipping receipt.
Upon receipt of the returned item, I will refund your original order amount AND reimburse you for the return shipping cost shown on your receipt.
REFUND PROCESS
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
