Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Looseweave. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached (if any).
- The item must be in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please email our support team at support@looseweave.com.
- In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is defective or incorrect, please include clear photos of the issue.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
- For General Returns (e.g., Change of Mind, Sizing Issues): You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the item is misprinted, damaged, or incorrect), we (Looseweave) will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for domestic (US) returns or reimburse standard shipping costs for international returns upon receipt of the shipping invoice.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
